Balance Wellness Studio first offered our Beginners Yoga Workshop in 2012 as an in-studio, new year offering — a way to start a new movement practice to carry you through the year and beyond. To celebrate our 10th year (and avoid COVID-19!) we’re bringing our workshop to the digital world. Students will receive all the same tools: workbook, bonus print references, on-demand videos containing the lecture, pose break-down and instruction, vocabulary and definitions, as well as weekly practices that can be accessed again and again.
