Historic Downtown Brunswick is sponsoring an inaugural Feel Good Fest during the month of September. Businesses throughout the historic district will be participating with special events and discounts for fun, fitness, health, and wellness. Where will you find your feel good?

Balance Wellness Studio has been in the feel good business for 17 years bringing together bodywork practitioners, movement instructors, mind/body/energy healers and more in a true collaborative share space helping students and clients find their balance. As we celebrate our 4th year downtown, we’re excited to be a part of the Feel Good Festival. We’ll kick off the month with an anniversary celebration during First Friday, we’ll switch around our Saturday offerings to help with recovery after the first ever Downtown sponsored 5K, and we’ll close the month with a reboot of Yoga in the Park at Queens Square.
