Chakra Cleansing Sound Bath

Come join us for a Chakra Clearing Sound Bath!

Sound baths are an easy way to let go of stress and rejuvenate your mind and spirit. Kimberly Barteau will bring you into a deepened state of meditation to refresh your chakras while bathing you in soothing sounds. The sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls, Tibetan brass singing bowls, a drum, and chimes.

Date: Sunday, March 22, 2026

Time: 2:00pm – 3:30pm

Cost: $40 or 4-unit Class Pass

The Reiki I Workshop is the first level of Reiki training – the focus is on self-Reiki and of sharing with close loved ones.

You’ll learn to let Reiki flow and protocol for application to “know it’s working.”

Date:

April 10-11, 2026

Schedule:

Friday 4:00-8:00pm

Saturday 11:00 am-4:30pm

Students will learn what Reiki is, how to access it, and how to use it.

We end each workshop with a Reiki Share Circle. Circle will be Saturday at 3:00pm and last until approximately 4:30pm. All local Reiki Practitioners (of any level) are invited to join us for Circle.

What to Bring:
Journal, Favorite Pen, Snacks to Share; Optional: Pillows, Blanket, Yoga Mat

What is Available In-Studio: Yoga Blankets, Yoga Mats, Blocks, Bolsters (3 sizes)

Currently all workshops are managed by the instructor with registrations, payments, and all details regarding NCBTMB and state credits for massage therapists. Balance Wellness Studio is the host location only. We will update this page and our Mindbody site with links and details as they become available.
