What is Yamuna Body Rolling?
Since March 2014 we’ve hosted a monthly Yamuna Body Rolling workshop or workshops with guest instructor Kandy Duke. We’ve Saved Our Hips, Saved Our Shoulders, Saved Our Backs, and Saved Face! Each workshop has introduced us to the wonders of body rolling and a variety of Yamuna body rolling balls in various sizes and colors.

Save your Knees & Save Your Feet – July 12th, 2014
*5-Hour Body Rolling Intensive – August 9th, 2014
