Yamuna Body Rolling Workshops: April 26, 2014
Yamuna Body Rolling is a small part of an ongoing Body Sustainability program for your entire body developed by Yamuna Zake. The intention of Body Rolling is to:
- Align all your body parts correctly
- Make sure all your joints have their optimum range of motion
- Remove restrictions, old injury patterns, scar tissue, adhesions, & bad posture that deter you from your favorite exercise regimen
- Elongate, tone, and align all the muscles of the body
- Develop a long, strong, flexible, and aligned spine
Body Rolling at Balance is brought to you by Instructor Kandy Duke, currently from Athens, GA. Kandy is a Certified Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner, a Personal Trainer, and a Yoga & Pilates Mat Teacher.

Back Pain is the number one complaint for people seeking bodywork and exercise assistance. This class is designed to release the “stuck” feeling we all get from sitting too long at a computer, too long in our cars, too long on the phone, standing too long on our feet, or any other of those activities we do that over-work our stabilizing back muscles! We’ll work on the lower, middle and upper back and you’ll feel like you’ve had a chiropractic adjustment and a massage plus worked your abdominal muscles.
