Yamuna Body Rolling: Save Your Feet!
Written by Neely on . Posted in Body Rolling, Classes, Pilates, Workshops, Yoga.
“Warm weather is finally here which means people get crazy trying to get in shape for the beach. If you are about to start doing more extreme fitness, start with getting your feet in shape. Improve their alignment and function. Once you have your foundation solid the rest of the body is easier to align so you can avoid any injuries. Get in shape smart, rather than just jumping in without a plan that supports our body in getting the results you want and avoiding injuries.
“As we all start shedding our heavier closed shoes for lighter shoes, sandals and flip flops we are giving our feet freedom. But freedom without education often translates into collapsed arches, swollen ankles, puffy, pasty, and weak feet. Did you know that you can actually build stronger and improved feet while wearing flip flops?” -Yamuna Zake
In this workshop you’ll learn how to improve the muscles of your legs from working your feet, techniques to help with common foot ailments, and how to walk, especially in flip flops.

ART ~ Master Reiki ~ Holy Fire*
Once a student has completed Reiki I & II training and worked with Reiki for at least 6 months, they may further their Reiki skills with the ART (Advanced Reiki Training) and Master classes.
The entire series is 3 days, but a student may prefer to only go for the one-day Advanced Reiki Training, which gives you an advanced symbol and attunement, but does not give the Master symbol, nor teach and enable you to train others in Reiki. The full 3 day course includes advanced Reiki practices such as the Healing Attunement, the Master symbol, instruction on training and attuning others to Reiki, as well as the Holy Fire ignition process. Manual and Certificate included for either class. ART: Length: 1 day/8 hours
Cost: $275; $75 Deposit due at Registration
Master: Length: 3 days/8 hours each day *HOLY FIRE REIKI
Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki being introduced by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It is included as part of our Usui Reiki classes and has also been added to Karuna Reiki® training. Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness.
Cat Rhyne is a massage therapist, a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master, and a Karuna/Holy Fire Reiki® Master Master Teacher
