Reiki Update & Review
This class is for all previous Reiki practitioners who are interested in learning new information about Reiki, it’s uses, new forms, etc… It will include new language, history and techniques for preparing for and doing Reiki treatments. It will also include information about using mudras, aura clearing, and working with the Reiki Grid. There will be meditations and a Reiki share at the end of the class.
Length: 1 day/10 hours (there’s a lot of information to cover!) It will be a day full of activities and fun, plus interesting information. Handout package included.
Cost: $150; $50 Deposit due at Registration (before Oct. 31)
The ICRT has combined the One and Two levels of Reiki, so this class is open to all persons interested in learning to perform Reiki treatments on themselves and others, as well as students who have completed the Reiki I level already. It will be a review of Reiki I and extend into how to perform Reiki on others, animals, plants, and objects. There will also be a Holy Fire pre-ignition. Holy Fire is a new Reiki Energy. This class will include four attunements for Levels I/II, as well as meditations and plenty of practice time for doing chair Reiki, circle Reiki, self Reiki and table Reiki.
Length: 3 days/6-8 hrs each; Manual and Certificate included
Cost: $450; $100 Deposit due at Registration (before Oct. 31)
Once a student has completed Reiki I & II training and worked with Reiki for at least 6 months, they may further their Reiki skills with the ART (Advanced Reiki Training) and Master classes.
The entire series is 3 days, but a student may prefer to only go for the one-day Advanced Reiki Training, which gives you an advanced symbol and attunement, but does not give the Master symbol, nor teach and enable you to train others in Reiki. The full 3 day course includes advanced Reiki practices such as the Healing Attunement, the Master symbol, instruction on training and attuning others to Reiki, as well as the Holy Fire ignition process. Manual and Certificate included for either class.
ART: Length: 1 day/8 hours
Cost: $275; $75 Deposit due at Registration
Master: Length: 3 days/8 hours each day
Cost: $875; $275 Deposit due at Registration
Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki being introduced by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It is included as part of our Usui Reiki classes and has also been added to Karuna Reiki® training. Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness.

Yamuna Body Rolling: Save Your Hips!
with Kandy Duke
Saturday 10/11/2014, 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
If you are super physical and are constantly challenging your body you need to add all the Save Your Hips work to your weekly workouts. If you are sedentary and working hours at a computer, you need to keep your hips from getting stuck and rusty in a sitting position. All of us need to keep our hip joints aligned, greased and oiled all though life for maintaining our circulation and muscular – skeletal integrity from our hip to our feet and from our hips to our head. When your thighbones are restricting your movements, it is usually because they are stuck in some position in the hip joint. This class will explore all the possible movements and connections of how to work the hip joint to the thighbone. We will work the hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors, IT band and deep lateral rotators.
$30 workshop registration
Balls are provided during workshop for use. Kits are available for sale after class for home use.
